Because I would like to be part of a powerful safe alliance (Where I won't get NUKED!!!) unprovoked.

Can you elaborate on the VAAS and Jackal issue. Also, are you wars there ebcause you were raiding or being raided.

VAAS/Jackal is my friend in school, and I wanted to see how game war mechanics work, and he wanted to see how Nukes work (bad idea on my part). We settled the war by now.

Also, VAAS and Jackal both initiated the wars.
